Lifting- The ability to surf on the air by using Trapa as well as a Ref Board or some kind of Ref Material.
REF- Short for Reflection, used on the bottom of Ref Boards, MABs and, Transports like the Gekko, it gives the ability to ride the waves and lift without using any kind of Engine.
LFO- Light Finding Operation, a rare kind of Mecha that unlike it's close cousin the KLF is completely organic, it tends to feel pain and have special kinds of weapons, including a curved sword and often times a multi direction laser that operates on a 180 degree plane. *uses Ref Board, has transformation to vehical abilities
KLF- Kraft Light Fighter, almost always a blue Mech with a single eye, most carry their primary weapon (usualy a sub machine gun) in their right arm. They also have the ability to equip missles and RPGs, however unlike their cousin the LFO they are completely mechanical and non organic and cannot feel pain. It is not unheard of for commanders to use customized KLF that carry new weapons like smart lasers. *uses Ref Board
MAB- Military Airborne Battleship(s)- They appear to be giant Black Wings that carry about nine KLF or LFO depending on the current Load out and mission. They stay in the air using Reflection pannles made with Reflection film as well as jet engines due to the heavy load out. They also are armed with frontal lasers, defense turrents, and artillery.
Nirvash- Nirvash is a way of saying "The First" or "The Original", there is an unknown number of Nirvashes in existance, but the two most famous are Nirvash Type END and Nirvash Type Zero. Both END and Type Zero no longer exist due to the leaving of Coralian 200 years ago.
White Breath- A lethal gas-based toxin used against Urbazek and Darnjaal Tenebrae. Powerful demons and Shalk'thour can overpower it. The higher Shalk'Thour can easily overcome it. Its used in large scale battles or permanently placed around dome cities in a crystal form to keep Tenebrae away, forcing the leaders to come and fight alone. It can kill an army of Urbazek instantly, and make a mighty Demon too sick to fight. The One was sprayed with a huge sum of this, and was unaffected. To this date he is the only Tenebrae to be immune to the toxin - the Creator only. White Breath is both expensive and difficult to manufacture, so its not used often unless its to win a battle or defend a city. White breath does not work against Wraskes.
Trapa- Short for Transparent Light Particles, they are the thoughts of the planet and Scub Coral themsleves and using Reflection material gained from Skyfish, Lifters, LFO, KLF, MAB, and Transports are able to reflect the thoughts of the Scub and fly.
Spirit Energy- Like Trapa, humans and any sentient being can generate trapa waves. Only difference is that it isn't called Trapa waves. High Vodarek priests, such as the ancient Norbu, used their own Trapa or spirit energy to produce enormous results, such as causing small scale earthquakes. Norbu even destroyed a city with his tremendous power. Few humans can control, generate, or even use spirit energy, but the ones that can are capable of great feats. Technology can detect certain forms of this energy but it remains largely intangible. Spirit energy often increases in a person greatly with intense emotions.
Dark Energy - Dark Energy is the energy of the Dark Creator, the Black Sun. Dark Energy can only be used by Dark Souls, and all Dark Souls produce it. This is a very powerful energy, more so than spirit energy or trapar in most cases, and some Dark Souls can even generate it to incredible extents, but for only short periods of time. It can be used exactly like Trapa waves, but appears black and violent, sometimes with red static in extreme amounts. It causes those sensitive to energy and spirits to feel uncomfortable to extremes, with intense emotions of fear and painful headaches. It takes a strong person to resist it. Even normal people feel an inexplicable fear towards Dark Energy. Dark Energy is used to power all Tenebrae Technology, including the Wraskes. It hurts the planet wherever it is, and Coralians hate it.[/color]
Coralian(s)
Tenebrae
Hive Mind - Like the Coralians, the Tenebrae are all connected by a strong telepathic and mental link, binding them all together. This Hive mind however works differently. The Dark Creator has complete control of the Hive Mind and, unlike the coralians who cannot lie within their hive mind. The Dark Creator can make suggestive thoughts in the minds of his Tenebrae and even lie to them, presenting false info. Also, while all Tenebrae are connected to the hive mind, it is not like the Coralian hive mind in it's interior. It does not appear as a library or anything. In fact, Tenebrae cannot even enter it in that form. It lacks an inner world and has less connections than the Coralian hive mind, where all info is shared. Rather than sharing with each other, the Tenebrae share info only with the higher ranked Tenebrae commanding them and the Dark Creator himself. Its like communism going on in your brain, rather than a utopia of minds. However, despite being connected to a Hive Mind, Tenebrae above Urbazek rank are extremely unique and are very individualistic.
Despite being a network of information, attempts to connecting to the hive mind by non-tenebrae have all failed. It is impossible to manipulate, deceive, or infiltrate.
Caste Ranks - Tenebrae are separated by strict caste ranks which divide them into a caste system, listed below.
The Divine One - The Divine One, or often abbreviated as just The One, refers to the Creator in any form besides his intangible form. This is normally a human-looking form used to speak with or threaten and kill other life forms. Though it can be identical to a human body, there is nothing human about it. The Creator rarely does this however. The One is treated in the same way as the Creator. Even though the Creator may manifest as The One, he can still do other things. The One may not even know that he is the Creator or who he is, despite being the complete consciousness of the creator and his spirit within a tangible form. So, basically, The One is The Creator in a form you can talk to. The One can command all Tenebrae and cannot be commanded by anyone, not even the Creator, seeing as how The One is the creator.
Shalk'thour - These people are essentially nobility. Lords, dukes, barons. In reality, these are meaningless titles that do nothing but make them feel more special. Their true authority is determined by their power. And Shalk'thour often have to fight to maintain their status, but they are few in number. They can command other Tenebrae lower than their caste through the telepathic link of the hive mind, but not against the orders of the Dark Creator. These are the only Tenebrae with a humanoid form, rather than being monsters.
Demons - Very big Tenebrae. These guys are huge, highly developed Tenebrae and are often very good at killing things. They can command Tenebrae of Urbazek and Darnjaal castes, but not against orders of a Shalk'thour or the Dark Creator. In every order however, the Dark Creator's orders take top priority. Nothing else is more important to a Tenebrae.
Darnjaal - Darnjaal, while one of the lower castes, still have a lot of status. They lead packs and squads of Tenebrae given specific tasks by the Demons. They're fairly strong, though nothing in comparison to the Demons who lead armies at the commands of the Shalk'thour. Darnjaal often have a very vaguely humanoid form, but still look like monsters.
Urbazek - 99% of all Tenebrae are Urbazek. And the rest of the Tenebrae number exactly nine hundred and ninety nine million, 70% of that being Darnjaal, so you know the Urbazek are a massive sub section of the Tenebrae species. Urbazek are the soldiers. The workers. They're the lowest caste and cannot command anyone. They are often without much intelligence or ability to speak and just run around doing exactly as they're told.... they often die in hundreds of thousands fighting impossible odds. They're not weak; they simply have no fear when it comes to orders. Urbazek are flung often against impossible odds to delay enemies of the Tenebrae. A sad caste to have indeed. But some evolve and rise through the caste ranks, the ones with potential.
[/ul]
Wraskes - Humans and coralians have LFOs. Tenebrae have Wraskes. The Wraske is very similar to an LFO. Its basically an organic frame of bone, flesh, muscle, and organs, including a brain and sensory organs. A special brain is then attached to it and absorbed by it into its deepest part, where it merges with its first brain. The second brain shapes every aspect of the Wraske and tells it how to grow. Its basically the building plan of the Wraske, very similar to DNA. Very advanced and completely organic technology is formed then on the Wraske, and more can be temporarily attached if wanted. The large organic frame of the Wraske is called the Vessel, while the secondary brain is called the Nucleus. The first brain is called the Soul Bridge.
The Wraske is a living thing and the first brain connects to its pilot, whom controls it. However, not all Wraske's can accept a powerful Nucleus. The strength of a Wraske and its ability to accept a Nucleus is determined at birth, when the Creator makes it with an unknown method. Some Wraskes can only handle weak a Nucleus, and have little to no intelligence, while the legendary and ancient Wraskes have many Nuclei and can even speak. Wraskes are connected only to the Creator in the hive mind, and it is said that the Creator pilots a legendary Wraske named Adbalesh. The One normally uses it, but it has not been seen since the first battle with the Tenebrae.
Urbazek, Demons, and Darnjaal cannot pilot Wraskes. So only Shalk'Thour and The One (The one is not a Shalk'thour, he is infinitely higher than them) can pilot a Wraske.
Natarrel - Refers to any Organic technology. Could be weapons, a wall, or medicine.
The Dark World - The tenebrae world, accessed through the Black Sphere. Its an alternate dimension and a very unpleasant place....
Stars - Former Tenebrae - Some especially strong Tenebrae separate from the hive mind and the creator, losing some of their power and their ability to receive, control, or produce dark energy, and make spirit energy instead. The 'Stars', given that name by their Tenebrae, means they may shine for a time but their defeat will be tragic and painful, like a star exploding or being swallowed by a black hole. They're outcasts of the Tenebrae consisting only of Shalk'thour rank or higher, and are hunted and killed on sight by them. A Tenebrae can sense a Star nearby easily.
Jedortim - Jedortim are Tenebrae traitors so powerful that when they separate, they do not lose any of their power and still produce and use dark energy. There have been no Shalk'thour capable of this, and their existence is only a theory created by Tenebrae Shalk'Thour. But in the event it could exist, they developed means to sense such a creature, though only a Shalk'thour could detect a Jedortim. It is thought that only The One could ever have the potential to become a Jedortim, and that is impossible.

Coralian(s)
- Command Cluster Coralian-The Command Cluster is a large concentration of the Scub Coral which acts as the central mind for the rest of its "body". It stores all the information the Scub has collected over the last 10,000 years, and keeps the rest of the Scub Coral in a dormant state.
- Kute-Class Coralian-A Kute-class is massive sphere of concentrated energy that materializes suddenly in the skies. Though it is a rare natural occurrence, they can be artificially triggered by causing heavy damage to the Scub Coral. The disappearance of a Kute causes a massive release of energy, ravaging the surrounding landscape and lowering the Trapar count in the area to almost non-existent levels.
- Antibody Coralian-Antibody Coralians are, as the name suggests, creatures created by the Scub Coral to destroy anything nearby that might be causing it harm. They are unleashed in massive swarms through a Kute-class Coralian when the Scub Coral is threatened or attacked. Antibody Coralians generally appear in response to deliberate attacks on the Scub Coral.
- Human-form CoralianHuman-form Coralians are beings created by the Scub Coral in the form of humans. They are regarded by scientists as emissaries of the Scub Coral, sent to learn about humanity. Humans have attempted to create their own artificial human-form Coralians, but the results are often less than satisfactory.
The Limit of Life- The Limit of Life is the theory that there can be too many sentient beings alive, the Scub Coral, which have consumed all of Earth and produce Coralians are sentient, Humans are sentient and Coralians in every form are sentient, the theory suggests that if they reach a certain amount or "The Limit of life" reality will collapse. The Limit of life has happened twice the first time caused the Great Wall, and forced the Scub Coral into a dormate state by the Command Cluster, The second time was when Dewey Destroyed the Command Cluster and awakend everything and the Nirvash became the new Command Cluster.
The Vodarac- The Vodarac are a religion that belives in the power of the Scubs, often viewed as radicals or extreamists by the populace, they where once hunted down by the military and killed. However in this day of age they are accepted as a people and no longer attacked by the Military or general population though a few extreamists are still agenst them.
The Great Wall- The Great Wall is an example of the effect of the Limit of Questions being passed. It is a large, unstable area of whirling Trapar winds visible from outer space. It was created at some undefined point before the beginning of the series when a large portion of the Scub Coral was abruptly woken from its dormant state. The Scub Coral managed to put itself back to sleep before the Limit's consequences engulfed the entire planet. Common physical laws no longer apply in the area encompassed by the Great Wall
The Zone- The Zone is a visual effect produced by extremely high concentrations of Trapar particles and dust, which result in the mind seeing an endless corridor surrounded by brightly hued colors. Typically, the effect of the Zone is seen when trying to penetrate a Kute-class Coralian, but it may also manifest if a high enough concentration of Trapar happens in a closed space. The Zone is often depicted as a gateway, either between mind and matter or physical destinations.
The Skyfish- Skyfish are creatures that have adapted to float upon the Trapar waves that fill the atmosphere. They are harvested to create a substance known as "reflection film", which is what permits the machinery of Eureka Seven to fly without the use of fuel-based propulsion. It is said that skyfish gather where positive emotions are emitted by humans in the presence of a Compac Drive.
Despiration Disease- Desperation Disease is a coma-like condition in Eureka Seven. Those suffering from it become near-vegetables, save for a fixation on a Compac Drive. The sickness is related to the relationship of the Scub Coral, the Trapar, and the Compac Drive; all three together drive the victim deep into a trance which leads their consciousness to another location.
Ageha Plan- The Ageha Plan is the theory first proposed by Adroc Thurston that the Scub Coral is an intelligent, sentient life form that is trying to communicate with humanity, as well as the plan for humanity to seek out co-existence. The report was locked away after his death, but later appropriated by Col. Dewey Novak, a move aimed at gaining public support by associating himself with Adroc Thurston, despite Dewey Novak's true aims being directly opposite to the aims of co-existence proposed by the original Ageha Plan.
The Summer of Love- The Summer of Love is an event that took place approximately ten years before the events of Eureka Seven, sparked by the first use of the Amita Drive with the Nirvash. An enormous, non-stop generation of Trapar waves resulted, and the confusion and chaos that resulted from this disaster sparked conflicts around the world, leading to civil wars that left tower states completely destroyed.
Pile Bunkers- Pile Bunkers are rod-like objects driven into the ground to suppress the tectonic shifts in the Scub Coral, which otherwise cause humongous, mushroom-like coral formations to erupt from the ground with little to no warning.
Compact Drive- A Long, orange or green triangle like peice of hardware that allows for humans to communicate with an LFO.
Scub Coral- The theory that the Scub Coral is an intelligent life form was proposed by the scientist Adroc Thurston, who also claimed the Scub is looking for mutual co-existence with humanity. All theories and information about the Scub Coral being a sentient being are kept from the general population. In addition to being the surface of the planet, the Scub Coral has several physical manifestations, called Coralians, that are observed throughout the series. These manifestations are either natural occurrences or a response to attacks from humans.
Tenebrae
Hive Mind - Like the Coralians, the Tenebrae are all connected by a strong telepathic and mental link, binding them all together. This Hive mind however works differently. The Dark Creator has complete control of the Hive Mind and, unlike the coralians who cannot lie within their hive mind.
